Two suitors, three financial terms for Kislyak: The fee is only the start
Beşiktaş and Galatasaray are reportedly interested in Matvey Kislyak. The report from Russia highlights the transfer fee, upfront payment and a share of a future sale.
Beşiktaş and Galatasaray both feature in a new transfer claim concerning Matvey Kislyak. The report attributed to Russian journalist Ivan Karpov describes three financial expectations at CSKA Moscow: the fee, upfront payment and a share of a future sale.

Three financial points on the table
According to RB Sport, the Russian club wants at least €35 million, with more than half paid upfront, and a share of the player’s next transfer. These are claims in the report, rather than terms officially announced by the club.
What does the November plan mean?
The same report claims that an adviser to the Beşiktaş president plans to visit Moscow for talks in November, while preliminary contacts have begun on Galatasaray’s side. This stage does not mean an agreement or a completed transfer.
CSKA’s official player page lists 14 appearances and two assists for the 21-year-old midfielder in the 2026/27 season.
My view: The headline figure is not enough
I am looking beyond the total fee in this case. The amount due immediately can affect a transfer budget as much as the overall figure. A future sell-on share also changes the income a club may later receive. What matters, therefore, is less who first shows interest than which club can reconcile the payment plan with its budget and the role it has in mind for the player. For now, this is a potential transfer with reported conditions, rather than a race that has been decided.
